Quality Inn Memphis Airport

As a platinum member, I asked for a 12 noon instead of 11am check out when I checked in. The friendly clerk said yes, it would be fine. Everyone was very accommodating, I went to look for a soda machine and was given a complimentary 2 liter Coke. Approximately 1045am housekeeping was knocking on my door to ask how long it would be before I was out of the room. I told them I was given a 12noon checkout, they said they weren't aware of the late checkout but cleared up the matter with front desk. Clean rooms, comfy bed, modern conveniences like charging ports in both bedside tables.

We had 2 different rooms due to I wasn't able to walk upstairs. My son didn't think about it being upstairs when he booked the room. First night we stayed upstairs because they were full. Second night was good, we were able to get a room downstairs, the tub didn't have a plug to take a bath, but I took a shower. I enjoyed the breakfast, very comfortable.

Very nice, updated, immaculately clean room with expected amenities. Reasonable rates. Walls fairly substantial, only heard the elephant above me thumping on the floor for one night. Generally quiet otherwise. Gated parking, but I did not see anything unsavory or concerning in the surrounding area. Free breakfast was skimpy. Waffle machine sticks. Note that this is located on a busy road. You will hear some road noise, even though the building seems reasonably well sound-proofed. They do have rooms facing the side and back, so if road noise is a concern for you, request one of those. For me, it was not a problem since I am a very sound sleeper and actually find road noise soothing. Other considerations: - Easy, quick drive to Graceland. South on Mill Branch to Winchester, right turn, left turn at 51/EPB and you're there. Parking on right. - Easy, quick access to and from interstates - Located in a commercial/industrial area (truck dealers), so not much in the way of food nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The room has been well used! The water stained tub and toilet says it’s seen its share of bodies. I thought it would’ve been a lot worse than it was. It was actually quite cozy! The security gate is a great and welcomed touch. Not bad!

I had a decent experience here, my room was peaceful, the surroundings were quiet and the staff were very friendly. The parking is gated too so that was a bonus for security. My only complaint was the cleanliness of my room itself. Walking in, the lampshade was just on the floor and there were marks all over the carpet. Besides that, great value for an inn.

I thought the room was comfortable. The location is convenient but my husband said he could hear the noises from the neighboring rooms and truck place across the street. Maybe try a room not close to the Main Street. The gated parking was nice.
